JamesEdition is the world's leading luxury marketplace, visited by 7 million users monthly in search of high-end real estate, cars, yachts, and jets. The platform serves as the primary sales channel for 12,000 international businesses.
I was responsible for optimizing key touchpoints (Product Pages, Gallery) and seller tools (Dashboard). My work on UX improvements and design system integration directly impacted how millions of users discover relevant content and how thousands of companies manage their listings.

The challenge was to simultaneously improve the experience for both sides of the marketplace:
For Buyers: Simplify navigation and discovery within a vast catalog of luxury items to increase engagement.
For Sellers: Optimize complex and cluttered workflows in the Dashboard that were slowing down 12,000 businesses in creating and managing listings.

As a Product Designer, I led the end-to-end feature development process: from qualitative research (Hotjar, interviews) and problem identification to prototyping, A/B testing, and final implementation.
Результат
Discovery & Engagement: The redesign of product pages and galleries enabled 7M users to find relevant listings faster, driving an increase in engagement metrics.
Operational Efficiency: Updating Dashboard interfaces and integrating the design system allowed 12K businesses to spend less time on routine tasks, accelerating the listing creation and moderation process.
Validated Growth: Implementing A/B testing methodologies enabled data-driven decision-making, consistently improving key business metrics.

Research: Analyzed Hotjar sessions and conducted user interviews to identify pain points and insights.
Prototyping & Testing: Rapidly created prototypes and validated hypotheses through A/B tests to confirm business impact.
Collaboration: Worked closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with marketplace goals.
